Initio Earth Sciences accepts the responsibility to effectively manage its activities in such a manner as to have minimum impact on the Safety or Health of its employees and the Environment. The company supports throughout its structures the principle of balancing economical advancement with social responsibility and optimal usage of natural resources thus ensuring sustainable development of our business.
Initio Earth Sciences policy is therefore:

-    Identify and manage all safety, health and environmental aspects to ensure minimum impact.
-    Strive towards continual improvement on Safety, Health and Environmental issues.
-    Conduct Safety, Health and Environmental audits to measure compliance and performance to agreed
    Standards.
-    Train, inform and advise all employees and contractors on site of their Safety, Health and Environmental
    Obligations and responsibilities.
-    Open the lines of communication with neighbouring industries, local communities and any other interested
    parties.
